well i have reached my threshold

i was miserable at work, but recently my boss has been driving me insane

last night was it tho

i was yelled at and threatened to be fired for the retarded reason of not hearing his question correctly b/c i misunderstood what he was saying, he called me a fuckin moron and all this shit, he fired someone who had been there since the restaurat started and caused someone to almost quit...i have one more month before i tell him to go fuck himself

since last night i have hated him more than i have ever hated anyone, but i need the money so i canty say shit...

1- how would you deal with this?
2- have you guys ever had situations like these, where you brood to the point of destruction?

Anyone who has ever entered the workforce has had to deal with a prick boss, man. The best thing you can do is button up for now and take it. Look for another job in every spare minute you have so you can get the fuck outta there ASAP.

When you have shored up said job, waltz into your boss's office, grab him by his cheap $2.00 tie, draw him up REAL close and say "You can take a long hard suck on my arse."

Does he/she have a boss above them? If so report your boss for calling you a fucking moron. Say you have a hearing problem, or simply have trouble understanding your bosses accent. If not, tell your boss himself/herself: "I dont much appreciate being called a fucking moron simply because you cant enunciate words to the point where they can be comprehended."

Or you can do secret option 3. Grow a sack and fucking quit. You say you only need the job for a month more, i doubt this is true. Unless its a "i cant pay rent, eat, or have power" situation; you can quit.

It's been said many times, look for a new job. When you find one, quit. You don't need a reason do you? If so just say you are sick and tired of your boss being an asshole.

What I would do is take a small tape recorder w/ you, hidden of course and have it recording when he starts going off like that again. I am probably 90% sure that would be harrasment in the work place. And according to the law, you or anyone that works there who have been abused by him don't have to sit there and take it. Even if you heard him bitching someone else out calling them vulgar names or swearing at them, you can still file a claim saying that you were offended by it. You'll have to do a search on the internet for the federal gov't department that handle it, I can't remember, but this is a for real thing. I don't know you'd get money out of it, but you may get the guy fired.
