Ya...tel me what yall think....but I dont care about originality, just how does it looks, so dont give me any "theres too much wwii sigs out there" crap!

its a lost cause, theres nothing good about it, so you cant grow on one part

filter effect = won't be taken to kindly round here. bout the only ones people will tolerate is a little bit of blurring and such.

Acually I really didnt filter it, I wanted kinda of a blurred cartoon type of a thing, so i took the finger tool and smudged it all out.

try this:
start all over with the pic

make it fit into a 300x100 size

convey a feeling about the picture, ie. nazis = evil, make it dark, high contrast, maybe a lil grunge

make the flag more visible

fix the border

find a better place for your text, make it stand out

OK, how bout this....and I have no fucking clue how to use smooth using psp7, i did b4 i ran out try version for adobe, but no idea for psp7...
