I understand that many of you feel that you've been here for a long time, and have contributed to the website one way or another. aa.com is facing a difficult choice, and I want to hear you opinion.

Now the real question is, do we stay focus on MoH: X or do we move on and cover more.

If we stay aa.com, we will continue cover mainly the MoH series. Everything will stay almost exactly the same, except we will have a news miner and a squad registering system that I mentioned before when MoH:PA comes out. Plus adir the file submission and approval system. Appearence-wise I suppose the website will remain the same look, maybe some minor changes. No one needs to contribute anything this way.

If we go gf1.com, we will cover all mil-shooters. The site will (need to) look completely different. Feature-wise all necessary tools that I can think of are already in place (adir for file posting, for example). But I will need dedicated individuals to run different sections (games) for me. We will also need a completely new look and by god I'm not going to have time to design a new layout. AA.com will be no more, it's not feasible to run two sites at the same time whilst one of them covers the topic of the other one anyway. As far as the forum is concerned, prepare for noobs attack, especially for the offtopic section; more "vets" will leave in despair, more floods more attacks, and we will probably need more mods. But you will be a part of something bigger.

To be honest, I have been busy as hell at work, and I don't remember when was the last time I played MoH:AA, or any other shooters for that matter. I rarely have time to read or follow gaming news anymore, and I think I'm the only MoHTeam member who had never visited the MoHTeam forum; whereas two years ago I was constantly communicating with almost every single member on 2015 and related staffs at EA. I am now completely "out of sync" with the community. Someone better than me will need to run various part of the website. On the other hand, I am still able to administrate the web server, create or add custom scripts, fix shit up here and there, etc.

Anyhoo, if we go gf1.com, I ask nothing tangible from anyone of you, but time, and some dedication for the community; and if we go gf1.com, then we will need to figure out a game plan, like right now.

Let me know what you think then.

I say go gf1.com, we need to cover more games, other than MOH, ever though MOH PA is coming out, I still tihnk it's a dead series, there would be a larger community if we cover other things than just MOH.

If you're looking for people to design a layout, I would be more than happy to help out. Ive already sent you a few layouts a while ago, not sure if you still have them, but I can still link you them.

We need something NEW BS, I been coming here for over a year and always wondered when this site will go through some changes.

gf1 would take a lot of dedication BS and i dont think you have the time to do it. & staying to the MOH series is suicide due to the death of the series in general.

If alliedassault.com will be mainly MOH then I guess a new name will be better, but I do like aa.com. When do you plan on doing all of this, BS? Either way, I plan on staying with whatever site it turns out to be.

Anyways, the GroundForce1 plan got my vote.

We really need to expand. These forums are slowly dying away day-by-day, and few members are actually active, and more and more people desert this site as time goes by, plus I think most of us could use a chance to start over.

With expansion, there will obviously will be more and more members, which means a bigger community, which is good in most parts. I think it's best to keep certain people in charge of news for a certain game in their specific section. I don't think one person could handle all the game sections at once. They should be in constant communication though, so they don't set off too far on their own.

Moderators, I think, should be all-around though, and should be able to moniter all the sections, but have a few people moniter just one section (for example, "MOHMAN" moderating the MOH section). These singular people should be chosen by you BS, or by the community, depending on their dedication and if they are trustworthy of such a thing. We don't want somebody to work on the site for a few weeks and desert for whatever reason. We need some reliable people, and being a "vet" or someone who's been here for a while is a must.

As for a new look, this is definate must, and, judging from what artwork I've seen completed by some of the people here, I think this can be accomplished well. We should decide soon who is responsible for what in this area, possibly even make a thread about it, and share some ideas of the new look.

About the moderators, i agree with snipes.
But i would also like to see some more spread in location's, not only people from the NA continent.

I'm all for the change, 'scripty. Give everyone a clean slate and hopefully a fresh outlook.

I can still dedicate time to moderating, if you and the community will have me back. The idea of global moderators as well as game-specific experts is great and should work well.

If nothing else, the new site will axe the thousands of asshats who registered here and never posted. rolleyes:

I've said time and time again, that content is what makes a website. 99 out of 100 forum-only websites will just go down the shitter, the one that survived features celebraties fucking pictures in one of the stickies, updated daily.

Go gf1.com but try to keep the same layout we have here. Out of all the forums i go to, this one's the easiest on the eyes and extremely easy to navigate. You have many vets at your disposal to help you.....just PM them.

Of all the names why "groundforce"? I really don't get the whole point of a site shift of focus and a name change if you said yourself you're busy with work and dont have much time for gaming. What way would this change affect the forums? Would the forum get completly restarted proper join dates and have everyone re-register? Would previously banned oOo: 's get a reprieve and be allowed to rejoin?

i mainly play the moh series, but gf1 would be a good idea. more ppl would come to this site, make it better probably.

I agree, than again you have alot of boneheads here who cant be trusted to run parts of games man. I for one have been here for the longest besides a few other guys and i would more than love to help you out with whatever choice you got BS.
