Well today i went to Carlisle, PA to see the Mopar car show they had up there, and i got TONS of pictures for you muscle car heads out there, there were so many it took us 5 hours to see most of them. It was HUGE, here are a few pictures that i took.

I have a hell of a lot more but theres to many to show. All in all a good show, you could buy old busted muscle cars and fix them up, or you could spend from 30,000-100,000 dollars on one already fixed up.

Next year my dad is gonna try and get one, anything mopar, a charger, challanger, GTX, Roadrunner, Duster, a Demon it doesnt matter. Than we are gonna restore the thing, and im just gonna take it around town and eat some rice. rock:

ha, i was about to go to that, but I gave my ticket to a good friend of mine. It's about 2 hours away from me at the most.

GTX= my fav, always liked the smaller muscle cars, Charger had 2 good looking years, 68, 69. roadrunner was the shit in 70. Mopar had some good stuff back then its a shame they dont now. Damn its a shame no one does.

I saw a badass '66 chevy II SS (what became the nova) while out to eat, I talked to the guy and he was a nice guy 327 under the hood, not incredably fast but enough to jerk your head back

happy: I hope they have a show like this near me sometime soon. now my comment: that charger concept is actully from 1999. it has pretty much been stored for 2 years & for some reason they brought it out again this summer, a hint of what the new 05 charger may look like? well i can tell you right now that in1 or 2 months their going to release the looks for the 2005 dodge charger. right now its still in the works. it will be the replacement for the intreped & will pretty much be like the rx-7 with rear suicide doors. i hope they keep it looking like the concept.

I think they should have made it look more like the original, and less "Techno-ish'

if you make it look to old school a lot of potential buyers will be scared away. Why ? Well beside us so called internet 1337, who think it should be a box like its anchestor, the people with the actaul money to buy these things are not looking for that, they want a new look a like of the latest Lexus or Infinity, the refinement & prestige beuty those cars represent. Making this car look like an old one from the 70's would kill sales to a huge amount of the market that this ca is probably aiming for. + these things have enough balls as it is. Its not whats outside, its whats unde the hood.

Like the new GTO, I personally like the way it looks, i think it looks sweet. And its fast as hell to match.

G35 is a bad ass car, IMO i think it looks alot better than the 350 Z. The G35 is just elegent and stylish looking, very sexy. But they dont have a sports version of the G35, like the 350z Fairlady

the new skyline is a g35 re badged, I think its a shame for such a great car like the skyline. but meh.

The other day i found out why the RX-7 were stopped being made in a twin turbo version. The reason i asked one of the sales guys why the RX-8 wasnt being made in a twin turbo (or any turbo for that matter) He said once the first turbo kicked in it would fly, than when the second one kicked in, people couldnt handle the power and they would drive it off the road into trees and shit. Stupid n00b drivers.

the engineering though is nothing compared to its father, like a watred down version. The handling is brutal some are already saying in comparision. Which was part of the originals legend.
