My friend set up a new server and he was wondering why whenever you see another player standing still he is like sharking but it s not sharking its some sort of glitch (i think)....i would appreciate any help on how to fix this problem. beer: thx in advance

does the server have the 1.11patch? i saw this allot in BT on the normal game and with the pach it doesnt do that. is the server for AA or what?

its a BT server

its a dead body, probably a skin mistake. post a screenshot thatll clear things up a bit.

They are landsharking using ladders, they look like they are swimming and shit and when they shoot their lower torso and up appear above ground and when they stop they go down to look like theyre swimming again.. The 1.11 patch wont fix this on AA, you will need ladder fixes where it kills them when they press the Use key.. My clan leader supposedly made this script that when they hit the Use it comes up on the middle of their screen and says Uh Oh, someones trying to cheat ;) and then it'll come up in chat as them saying " Hey look everyone I'm trying to landshark" then it kills them 3 seconds later.. You will either need to contact him for this file or you can get mapfixes and I believe MAM, which I believe will just kill them when they press the Use key on a ladder..

i've been looking for MAM 2.0 for when i bring my server back up. Where is it these days, a google search only shows discussions and MAM for SP AND BT

Download CI and itll be in one of the folders after installation..

Ive seen this as a server glitch a few times tho. Dont know why it happens but if everyone on the server is doin it i doubt they are all sharking more prob the glitch.

basicaly there are two ways to shark 1 HACK v ghey the other is to climb half way up a ladder then jump off and re jump back on and for some reason u land under the map and go into that weird animation with just ya elbow sticking out most mods out there stop ppl from re jumping on the ladder by well pretty harshly killing em'

any ideas on how to fix this problem....thx

If it is only one person they are sharking but if everyone looks like it, it is probably a glitch with a mod that you have because a whole server on SH was doing it once and turned out it was one of my weapon skins or something.. oOo:

Does any of you guys know a patch that can fix that.. cry: .cuz going through all the mods in the server looking for what is wrong would be kind of painful stupid: beer:
