Looks like delaying games is the new trend

ROFL, allied assault was delayed to be "polished" what changed? Fuck all. The real reason it was delayed was so it didn't go head to head with return to castle wolfenstein. Now we hear pacific assault is delayed, strange it had a september release date and a certain game called halflife 2 is supposed to be due around september as well.

See... if they made this decision after, say, releasing the demo... than maybe it would make sense... "Due to a relatively poor reception by fans...", but without such, it just seems like they're jerking us around. Not that it really bothers me all that much seeing as I won't be able to play it until December anyway... but still.

lol, yeah when the japs retreated back thru the islands some would be left
to defend to the death, but the Americans bypassed many islands as they
built advanced airbases...so those japs were stuck in WTF limbo. ed:
