Good, affordable electric razor?

I decided I'm probly gonna want an electric for college so I dont have to deal with a blade every morning... Can anybody recommend me a decent one for under $100 prefferably around $50 though? A pop-out trimmer thing would be nice, but not necessary.
Thanks!

I prefer electric razors, my dad got me mine so I have no clue how they are priced.

KTOG 08-16-2004 05:07 PM

I use those cheap ass disposable razors, gives you a closer shave.

Just put some cream on your face and let the cat lick it off. When you get old enough to grow a real beard then buy one.

Right... I've had to shave since 9th/10th grade.

I use the more expensive version of [url=http://www.target.com/gp/detail.html/sr=1_13/qid=1092619457/ref=sr_1_13/602-7464299-2219019?%5Fencoding=UTF8&asin=B00009RB0Y:ded89]this.[/url:ded89]

Great razer and I'd assume that the cheaper version is decent too.

Been using a mach 3 for 3 years since it came out. Been using nothing else since.

Ya I have a norelco similar to that, they are very good and mine comes with the pop out trimmer, only bad thing is the blades are hella xpensive but so are the straight razor ones to so meh

Judas 08-16-2004 07:51 PM

tried an electric once and have never used since ... they fuck up your face too damn much ... i use that fancy gillette one.

Sirus 08-16-2004 07:52 PM

how did it fuck up your face?

Judas 08-16-2004 07:53 PM

left it burnt or some shit, dunno. ive never touched one since. couldnt stand they way it left my face feeling.

Sirus 08-16-2004 07:59 PM

sounds like razor burn, but usually u only get that after shaving with a normal razor and not using after shave

Mr.Buttocks 08-16-2004 08:00 PM

Fuck shaving, just grow facial hair.

same here...face was warm...it was like taking a brillow pad and rubbing it on my grill...I use a mach 3 with either gel if I get out of the shower or have a heated foam shaving cream dispenser if I need a quick one

MrLevinstein 08-16-2004 08:50 PM

I use a quattro blade. IMO blades are better than electrics.

But with the quattro if you cut yourself its down to the fuggin bone.

CR1MiNaL 08-16-2004 09:15 PM

i use a mach 3 turbo, i shave it but leave a line going from my sideburns underneath and to the other side, cuz im sure everyone is wondering.

Coleman 08-16-2004 09:20 PM

ah fuck you all. I like my electric shaver. If it's good enough for my thick arab beard, than i think it's good enough for Judas' ass pony-tale biggrin:

jujumantb 08-16-2004 10:26 PM

They say it takes a few weeks for some people to get used to a electric after using a blade. I use my dads electric every once in awhile when I'm in a hurry and have no problems with it though, thats why I'm switching, gets almost as close, and honestly, I'm more for convenience over performance.
I think I might go with this norelco.
