The origional odyessy came out in 72, the odyessy 2 came out after the first atari, so late 70s.

The microprocessor was invented in the late 60s IIRC, pleny of time before this came out.

^ my only old thing. Those things were EXPENSIVE back in the day.

mr.miyagi 08-17-2004 02:34 PM

aaaah, the bad old days :)

This was my beast:

And this was one of my fave games on it: 'Secret Command'

[img]http://www.daplayazclub.com/uploads/secretcommand_ms.gif[/img]

I still, however, hold my stance on the fact 'Gravitation' on the playstation 1 is the simplist, most hilarious, mental fun I've ever had whilst playing with mates on a videogame. Its hard to find as I played it on a demo disc but my god it's worthy..and if you're drunk, you'll piss yourself.
The Amiga also owns.

OK back to the topic. nag:

that shit is hott.

Himmler 08-17-2004 10:00 PM

i had an sega genesis that had sort of a "mod" on it. my dad was on a business trip in japan or china, cant remember and he bought this thing that you plug into the top, just where a cartridge would go. and you find a floppy disc, pop it into the "drive" on what you plugged in and then you can insert a game cartridge onto the side of it, and you can copy the whole game onto the floppy. that = 1 game for $4 (rentals) =). then you can play the game thru the floppy. i had probably 200+ games, and my mom made me sell it to some friends that got robbed and their genesis got stolen. i was like 12 then. oOo:
