Girl from my school killed.......
 

I know most of you hate me here, and yes I bring it on myself. But thats all in fun, for me anyways. Seriously though, a girl from my school was killed in a car wreck today. She was in the 9th grade, and her little brother a 1st grader was care flighted. I worked with the girl some during in the summer, she was always nice, even reminded me of the girl I had a "crush" on. I always felt sorry for her, shehad a pretty bad home life. Anyways either her car hit a geo tracker, or she was in the geo tracker when the wreck happend. In a school of just 250 kids k-12 it will be felt hard. Maybe it is wrong to say, but I am glad I did not know her very well, just would hate to deal with it. She was killed becuase she was not wearing her seatbelt. SO always ALWAYS buckleup!!!!!!!!!!

Holiday weekends are always bad times. 8 people from the Calgary area where I live were killed this weekend in car wrecks on the highways. I didn't know any of them, but it makes you think. Happens every day. I can't imagine being a mother or father or brother and having that happen.

I knew a guy i worked with....he was killed with 3 of his friends taking a turn foing 100 mph, they hit a brick wall infront of someones house spun over threw the guy in the back seat out the window he landed in a tree the car than hit a tree, everyone DOA. That was a sad week. hake:

a friend died in a car accident outside of ottawa on 407? i think, he was hit by a drunk driver, was a cool kid and he is missed, the world works in a mysterious way.

a senior died in a car wreck over the summer. his car was split in 2 when he hit a tree. he was rearended going 60. seatbelts save lives. wear them.

Was this girl in a camaro that rolled throwing her from the car? I heard a girl was killed today while the driver was racing. She died from being thrown from the vehicle and subsequently ran over by another car.

Sad to hear. Reminds me of a girl i knew back in '86 who died that year in a car wreck. She never had a chance to be a wife or mother. I still think of her to this day.

man, thats too bad. last year on my birthday (nov. 10) 3 kids were killed in a accident. they were drunk and went 70mph into a fucking concrete wall. its so sad all these things, and if only people followed the rules...it wouldnt happen.

a kid was killed right out infront of my place last year? or maby the year before. He was drunk and rearended his friend who was driving one of those smaller gmc flat bed trucks (roofers use them) and he was drunk too. the car stalled at the bottom of the hill and this car full of kids from the same party came flying over the hill and drove right into him. I'm sorry to hear this Duke, be glad you didn't know her, it's hard, last year one of my friends took his mom's car and was driving down by college square and spun out and smashed into a tree, and two years ago in June, my best friend sami drown in one of the quarry's.

We had a similar situation, a Lass by the name of Katherine, when i was in about Year 10 or so. Car accident on the backlots of a housing estate. Really plesant girl, good prospects, etc. It's just tragic when a life is ended that abruptly for anyone, but especially for someone who hasn't really started. I'm not sure how old this thread is, but if you're still cut up about it, I can safely say that i know how you feel.
