Im not really sure if anybody cares, but....


....today i got my braces off (for teeth, not legs.) Ive had em on since May of 2002. I can say, having braces wasnt the best thing ever. But it does help. I cant stop licking my teeth, they feel so weird.


Has anyone here have/had them?

Mine were taken off about 2 1/2 years ago, wore em about a year and a half. They sucked, but after a while you dont even realise your wearing them. now i got perfect teeth biggrin:

Never had them, but had some friends that did .. and t seemed woth it.

I don't know why but i laughed my ass off when you said (not my legs) ... 0_0

I had braces for 3 years, got em off, then never wore my retainer. My teeth are now fucked up again rock:

I just got mine on like the middle of june... their still ripping up my gums...

lol yup, i got them re put on and cool thing was ive only had them on 3 months and im about to get em off ...again *sigh*

had 'em for 2 years and played an instrument...not a good combo. It feels much better when you get them off. Just make sure you wear the mouth guard, retainer, or whatever the dentist gives you. My top teeth are messed up from not wearing the things.

i had them for 2 years, go them off before high school. its awesome when u get them off, u just feel more free....

Got mine way back in the fifth grade, and was done with them sometime in Jr. High. They were the best thing my parents ever bought for me. All you young ones out there..get it done you won't regret it.

am i the only one left in america born with normal teeth?

Fuck i got one fucked up tooth in the front, i wont need braces for that will i?

I think its just my wisdom teeth in the back pushin it all fucked-like.

My teeth feel amazing. Their soooo smooth. Im really happy that my braces are off. I feel so much more "free" now.

i had braces for 1.5 years and those things didnt even fix my "overbite"..oh well i was supposed to wear my retainer but never did cuz the thing hurt more than braces but my teeth didnt get fucked up..but yea it feels like your teeth are porcelin after you get them taken off.

yea i still amw earin a retainer cuz they always screw up somethin...i was supposed to be a done a yr ago......the retainer ruins ur breath and doesnt help my overbite...only makes my bite uncomfortable

the retainer is for the overbite oOo: braces are just to keep everything straight during the shift of your jaw

I've got perfect SS teeth

Got mine on right now.. Had them for about 1 and half yrs.. I dont mind them that much as I am used to them being there but man is it a bitch when they dont tighten them one month and the next month they make them things tight.. I actually bit one of the women tightening the wires once and didnt notice until she tried to move her fingers happy: Supposedly I should have them for about another 7 months or so and Ill be done with everything..

My dads friend is having his done at the age of 30 I believe, and they added barbs to his bottom row because supposedly some people have a habit of pressing on the back of their teeth and he is one of them, they put the barbs in and they point backwards through your teeth and poke your tongue so you dont mess with the braces.. ed: annoy:

Had them for a year.

I had them during most of the years of high school. You may not like when you have them, but once they are off you will know it was worth it.

My brother didn't need them...doens't have glasses either...or ashtma...I kinda got the shit stick in the family...but I actually like having glasses.

I take after my mom in terms of those things...so I better not need reading glasses and have mad kidney stones like my father did...that would suck to get the shit stuff from both sides of the family and see my brother get nothing.

I had braces for 5 years on and off. ages 10-15, hated them, hurt like a bitch.

i know what ya mean, it feels sooooo god damn wierd when you get them off, but it also feels awesome.

Had them for 2 years, i miss the get out of school early days to get my braces tightened. And long conversations with a woman who always had to talk while her fingers were in my mouth oOo:
