Hey, i made a new sig its my 1st one but tell me what you think.

the whole sig looks like its on low. check the shitty compression around the text

wouldnt say it was good, but you're starting. try things that are simple and go from there. take the effect off the text in that last one and itll be a tad better.

so i should take the wind affect or w/e off the font.

how do you change the quality? (and dont answer "better sigmaker") cause you keep saying "looks like it's on low" or "shitty quality" how do u change it?

i dont see that there is anything wrong with yours ... but to save at better quality just adjust the slider on the jpg save as screen deal to max or 12 or whatever it is...

No you don't. You suck, quit walking around thinking you're better then you are. Its like me trying to tell Magnum or one of the other "Real" siggers here their work sucks.

Ok, to start with... stay away from the filter tab until you understand how to develope ballanced sigs.

Sigs that have heavy filters make great no0b sigs because you get instant effects with no real knowledge. Don't follow that path man, you will end up depending on the filters.

It may help to brouse through the forum and check out some of the stuff everyone else is using, in fact we are running a lenthy competition at the moment that has TONS of examples in the sticky.
When you find some sigs you like, try to duplicate what you see. If you can't figure out how it was done, the person who made it would be a good person to PM and find out how it was done.

I acredit the whole of my skill to duplication... it works!

But most of all, keep trying new things!

i looked at the compition sigs... they are really really good.
how do i take my guy out on the left with out doing my who sig over because i pulled it up and i only have 1 layer now

make more layers. Make the guy a layer, and the backround a layer.

i did there all in layers but when i saved it. It all came out as one layer.

save a a PsD file. DO NOT upload psd files cuz you can only download them.

1st save as a PSD file, then a JPG or Gif.

The PSD files allow you to make changes to the sig, and it keeps all the layers how the were when you saved it.

If you duplicate the layer, you will only have two copies of the same thing... won't help you much.

You should re-do the whole sig, hell you could use the practice right?
