No not secret at all, lol. Something that has helped me learn new styles and techniques is to keep a group of folders of other peoples work.
After time, I build up so much of a particular persons work that it justifies the creation of a folder specifically for that person...

So I have lots of everyones stuff on my PC, some of which is saved just because it has signifigance or is amoung the often lost like these:
