Hey, the Redskins lost, so Kerry's a shoe-in, right? All major elections are decided by pro-sports. Everyone knows that.

RaNgeR 11-02-2004 08:36 AM

I vote Kerry

I always thought it was just the MLB, so therefore with Boston winning, it should be a landslide for Kerry...

I would put more truth to the first part about hating Bush. I don't see why anyone would want Kerry, unless he was running versus Bush.

bukdez 11-02-2004 09:16 AM

notice the middle east had the highest % of Bush fans... Saudi Arabia maybe?...

Chappy 11-02-2004 10:10 AM

after reading both pro-bush and pro-kerry threads, the only thread taken off-topic was the pro-bush thread by the liberals saying how much they hate the man and how they want him to die...now which side is more malicious?

interesting

yay liberal compassion

HeadUp 11-02-2004 10:19 AM

im surprised at how many of my friends are pro bush

im goin for kerry all the way, i absolutely hate bush and i dont think i need to get into the reasons for that

BeanerMan 11-02-2004 10:53 AM

Kerry rock: Although I won't be surprised if Bush wins.

What i don't understand is why people "other" than Americans are even posting? Like you have anything to do with our elections?

I think the younger voters are going for Kerry whereas the older vote is going for Bush. Looks like i'll jump on the "older" vote bandwagon.

No matter what, it's gonna be a tight race. Most likely a coin-toss.

I live on Earth, that's why I show an interest.

It would be ignorant for anyone to not be interested, or think that others shouldn't be. Wouldn't you of liked to have a say in Hitler becoming the leader of Germany? If this is true, what right does America have to think Saddam Hussain shoulnd't be the leader of Iraq? Hypocrisy.

Being interested is one thing, posting about something you have absolutely no control over is another. Hey, when Canadien elections come around, start a thread and see how many Americans drop in.

I shouldn't care. It is a human right to share opinions with others. It just seems The Canadians can take other opinions better than the Americans seem to have.

Well I'm guess im wrong in saying this, it seems only you have even cared today about what the world has said. Unless you think America is the entire world and the rest of us don't matter.

YAWN

I'm gonna get something to eat. If you feel the need to debate this further, i'm sure someone else can hop in the drivers seat and take my place for awhile.

/me have a feeling this will never end. oOo:

Pyro 11-02-2004 11:57 AM

It has already ended. There is nothing further to discuss as you have chosen to opt out when something was put forth which you couldn't handle.

Having an opinion doesnt equal having a "say". . .

....and thank god it ended, for we all know you live on the internet and relish in arguments. It must be nice not to have a life or responsibilities.

Sorry i had to end it but, i have to go to work and earn a living. Unlike yourself, my parents quit supporting me when i was 18.

Canada is so inundated with American TV/Music/Politics/Media/Movies etc... that we have no choice but to have interest and opinions on the election, we live too close to not care... what happens to you guys, like it or not, affects us too...
