firstly, if you dont like green day and u have some negative to say about them, get out of my thread

Who else went? I know I read some other members from the area were going


I just came back from Toronto from the Green Day Concert and I must say it was some fucking crazy shit. I had some pretty good seats too.. lower deck almost near the mosh pit, people were going nuts in there.

Billie Joe asked out if anyone could play drums, bass and guitar, he got a drummer and a bass player, and he pulled some girl that looked like she was 12 cuz she sed she had been playing for 4 years, she fucking LIED, lol, she was trying to play it, and fucked it up good, and billie gave her a hug and she left off stage, the guy who replaced her was fucking crazy, at the end of the song, billie gave him the guitar, it was nuts.


I was mostly familar with their new album, and they played (in no order)

Wake Me Up When September Ends
St. Jimmy

it was a fucking crazy concert, I was sweating like mad after jesus of suburbia (which was the second song) i fucking love that song, sang it all the way through

I agree. The new CD isnt anything special. They got 1 or 2 good ones on it, thats about it.

Holy shit that concert was unbelievable. I sang to every song they played. They had the audience in the palm of their hands. I picked up a Green Day hat, and a Green T-Shirt. Fuckin sweet ass concert. And the lead singer of Billy Talent sang with Sugarcult before green day came on. Great show, if they ever come back I'm definately going again. Lol near the end they talked about how their fucked up country is voting right now, and to Fuck bush, and if bush got re-elected they were moving from Cali to Toronto. Was hilarious.

Eh, i hear Northern Cali is nice. But overall i think the state needs to sink into the ocean.

they also played Queens - We are the Champions. It was so intense, everyone was singing, they put a lot of heart into it

they are the second best live band i've ever seen they are amazing, Billie Joe is a frontman more than anything, i didnt get to see them on this tour, i saw them 3 years ago. i hope they come around soon.

If they move to Toronto I will personally kick them in the fucking face.
