Has anybody played the Grand Thefto Auto III or Vice City games on the PC? How do they run? would they work well on my 2.8ghz, 512mbram, and 128mb video card system?

SA is POS 2 exclusive till late 2005, then they might get out the half assed pc port.

pc versions of gta series are always better on the pc than ps2

First gta 3 on the pc ran like shit, and you'd think if theyre gonna port it they could at least add in a multiplayer mode of some sort seeing as pc owners have to wait a year or so.

I loved vice city on PC. I would think they would be rushing to get SA out on pc asap, obviously its allready become a best seller on the ps2 so why would they want to do a 1/2 assed job and take forever to PC it.

Its gonna take a year because of the sony "exclusive" deal they signed a while ago. Vice city was a better port than the original gta though.

Ive got both for PC and my specs are the same except my processor is a 1.6, you would be fine.

GTA VC on the PC was pure shite. It looked like it was from 1998. HL 1 looks and plays better than this game. I could play midtown madness and have more fun driving than I could in GTA. I couldn't believe the game was from 2002 and it looked that bad. I played a few missions and then got rid of it.

I played it on a shitty 2 ghz celeron laptop and it looked fine for me, but anyways trying to aim with PS2 controller is rough, I prefer a mouse

So get Vice City over the original? I really do not like the 80's music, but I guess it could be better.

you can drop your music into the music folder and listen to it on the radio.

i played it on my 2.4amd 64bit 1gig ram radeon x800 at 1280X1024 and it was shit.

My friend got a mod that changes all the vechiles in vice city and adds a skate park...been whoring it the past few weeks...busting made degrees
