I was watching the game last night, but I had to go to work. I missed all the action but I watched it this morning on Sports Center. Pretty wild stuff. Beer + Sports= good times! Check out the punch from Jermaine O'Neal. He brought that one all the way from Indy! rock:

Okay this is my spin on it being a detroit area guy and I saw the game last night.

Pacers smacked the pistons pretty good...late in the game this homo named ron artest tries to go hard at ben wallace. Big Ben isnt gonna take his shit and was pretty fed up from the game and shoved his ass almost back to Indiana...the players scuffled.

That should have been the end of it.

But, the reason why they shouldnt sell alcohol at sports games showed up...some asshat fan threw a beer right into artests face. That fan and any other fan deserved exactly what they got. Most of the "fans" if thats what you want to call them, tried to sucker punch the indiana players in the back of the head etc....the one that tried to step to artest got fucking smoked and his buddy behind him got rocked like a hurricane by O'neal.

Then other stupid ass fans were throwing beer and snacks and whatever on the pacer players as they left the court...

I was embaressed for our city and our team because of these ass hat fans.

Update artest, stephen jackson, jermaine oneal and ben wallace have all been suspeneded indefininantly

Sux for wallace who just let his emotions get ahold of him, he should have been suspended but not as much as the guys battling fans in the stands.

The players who hit the fans should be banned from the game. They should have let security take care of the problem. By the time this plays out they will wish they had. The fan may go to jail but he will ba rich fan before its all done. No doubt he will sue the player and the team.

He will walk away with millions.

im pretty sure that it says on the back of ticket " not liable for injury or harm inflicted during the game " but i could be wrong . i remember a fan getting hit with a bat and he tried to sue the team but he ended up with nothing but a busted lip , no fan should hit any player , but the players have to learn self-restraint . I couldnt beleive the fans throwing beer/popcorn/ice whatever else on the players as they ran into the locker room. I dont care how much you hate the players thats just plain disrespectful.

The fans are being penalized less than the players. They should take the consequences of black eyes, fists in their guts whatever, because they earned it taunting and provoking all the players.
