How did you find out about AA.COM now GF1.COM?

It was so long ago I can't remember. oOo: I probably Googled "Allied Assault".

at first pyro kept linking me to posts on aa.com, after a while I kept coming back and did searches on pyro to read what ridiculous things he had to say in posts, I didnt join, cuz what was the point when you dont even own the game, but then I while after I joined. and look at me now, i'm the 13th top poster on here and a mod. who would have thunk it.

Yea...i bought allied assault like a week after it was released, went on the internet and typed in http://www.ailliedassault.com, and the rest is history.

Never actually posted here until november of last year.

some friends and I all 'got' MOH:AA during the first few weeks after it came out, and my one freind made/got some skins... one day I was in public server and could see some guys skin, i asked where he got it and he said AA.com...

I started d/ling mods right away, but didn't find out about the forum till later, I lurked a while before joining, but i only went to general discussion until it died, and someone remarked about how people only went to offtopic... the rest you know...

A m8 o' mine showed me the MP-demo during a LAN, I got hooked right away, 'bought' the game asap and started playing in clans during my first week with it. Soon after I found this site (the reason I cannot remember), and started lurking around for a long time. Eventually I signed up and started posting...

Same for me, I found it after a google search for Allied assault maps or something. Then Blitz told me I had to join the forum rolleyes:

Seen the first screens of allied assault in pc gamer around december 2000, was checking gamespot for stuff a couple of months later and just typed alliedassault.com into the url bar assuming it would take me to the official site. Been here ever since. beer:

Same! I got so sick of the constant whining on that forum that I came here...for a little less than constant whining. biggrin:

I was looking for MoHAA cheats...and stumbled upon this site...

played mohaa 24/7 back in the day and typed in alliedassault.com as a url to see if it would take me to the official site or something, and i came here. downlaoded shit for like 6 months before i even knew there was a forum.

i saw all the mods and wanted to see how they did it, i visited the maps mods skins section alot to see if anything was new, then like a year later i joined.

blackhole in the internet sucked me in here

my buddy found a crosshair mod (laser ch), and he kept saying it was a secret where to get it, so then i googled MOHAA Crosshair mod or something, found the download section, downloaded like a mofo (which eventually led to me making .pk3 cheats for mohaa), then i found the Forum link, signed up, read alot, then started posting, made some friends, made alot of enemies, AA.com changed from AA.com to GF1.com, i went into the IRC channel, made more enemies, got banned, found this topic, and posted my life story.
