have you guys got....
and faulty products from newegg? cause i just got a pretty much everything. and i went to setup my bios and my pw shit the bed. and i want to know is how long it took to get a replacment and if they dicks about it?

I had a 9800ro die on me. RMA'd it and they sent me a new one. Took about 1.5-2 weeks for the whole process (not very fast). But htey replaced it with a refurbished gpu (translate - POS DOA) which i RMA'd and waited 1.5-2 weeks again. Got a second refurbished card (translate - POS DOA). Called them up, they refunded the purchase price of the card (approx $100 more than retail at the time) which i put towards a 6800gt. All ended well, but i had some stress in between.
If you want it faster and have some spare cash, ask to get it cross shipped. And if you have problems, call them up. you get better results than with email. |
