Kind of sad.
 

I just played my last game of Dreamcast today. I played some NFL 2k1, awesome game. Dreamcast was so awesome, to bad Sega couldn't make it in the console world. I really just don't like any of the new systems compared to the PC, oh well good bye Mr.Dreamcast, it was fun.

It was a good console though, blame sega for fucking up with the gamegear,32x,megacd and saturn, by the time dreamcast came out noone wanted to know because of the previous flops. Then sonys ps2 advertising 300,million polygons per second ( as fucking if rolleyes: ) finished sega off.

I think I gave mine away for free, the only game played was Soul Caliber, which is one of the best fighting games I have played. oOo:

dreamcast was fantastic. playing the HOD games at my house for the first time was amazing

shenmue(greatest game ive played), crazy taxi, virtua tennis, the 2k sports games, metropolis street racer, jet set radio, pso etc etc etc.

Dreamcast was pretty sick, i really wish that sega didnt flop, used to love them. Genesis was heaps of fun and gamegear was rad too. Seems sega was always ahead of the times, but still fail.... annoy:

yea, Shenmue owned, seriously. People say that it was boring and bland but just because it doesn't have the main character carrying a gun and blasting some innocent person walking down the street doesn't mean that's it boring and bland. Well, for some, i guess it does

I still have my DC in its box wrapped up. Crazy taxi was fun, but i hate the offspring music. I got every nintendo game ever made burned onto a cd i play on my DC. Shenmu, Grandia, Sword of the Berserk, Crazy Taxi and some Resident Evil games were the ones I played the most.

n64 Goldeneye > all

i play my n64, snes, and new systems all the time,,,,dreamcast was surprisingly good but lasted for about 4 months b4 bankruptcy

I'm sorry xbox>all consoles...Dont get me wrong though...I had fun with the older consoles...but to me what makes video games fun is the multiplayer. Single player is cool, but after I beat a game i don't really like going back and playing it again. So to me a game with good multiplayer is an awesome game...and believe me I had fun with golden eye, mario kart, super smash brothers, perfect dark, etc on n64 which is why I always said n64 > ps1. But the torch has been passed halo 2 is without a doubt the best console fps ever made hands down. The xbox allows gamers to take console gaming to the next level....getting a few friends together and having a golden eye tournament was cool....but getting 16 friends together on 4 tvs playing against each other is amazing. Even just getting 4 friends together and playing over xbox live against 4 other people is a shitload of fun. No other system so far has had the multiplayer playability that the xbox has. In my opinion the xbox is for social gamers like myself who enjoy playing games with/against their friends. While the ps2 is for the guy that likes to play games by himself, and the gamecube's for little kids and basicly a waste of money...it has a few good exclusive titles and thats it. So in conclusion xbox> all other consoles rock:
