well, tomorrow at 11am, i get all four of my wisdom teeth out. and im being but to sleep for this, its costing me $736 but i will be getting back $237 from insurance

i think it sucks that your guys "universal healthcare" system doesn't cover dental as well.... My parents dental plan covers nearly all dental expenses, and after this year the army will cover 100% of all of my healthcare needs.

my parents dental plan covered mine...though when i had braces, that exceeded the amount because it was like 8 grand.

the problem with insurance through the armed forces is that if they make a major boo boo you cant sue. The Dr can be a complete moron and he is free from any lawsuits

first off, who the fuck says Canada has this mythical "Universal Health Care"... Health Care here is governed by each province, each has a health insurance plan for it's citizens, it covers most, but not all costs... and for the love of god, it is NOT free... It is payed for by heavy taxation... most people have insurance to cover what the Government doesn't, either through work, or through a private plan, but dental is often not included, or less compensated...

i got it done, just woke up a couple minutes ago, im feeling pretty good, not in as much pain as I thought I'd be though. I just cant swollow, cuz my mouth keeps filling up with blood and I dont wanna swollow it, so I gotta make extra trips to the bathroom .
