i just bought this movie last night as a few friends of mine said it was good. fuck im pissed at the waste of $20. it was a pos.

Think its about 2 tards in the middle of the ocean surrounded by sharks or something like that. Can't really expect much of it if thats all they have to work with.

rent/download before buy. I only buy a movie if i've seen it or i know i will really like it. i probably have over 300 dvd's. oOo:

my collection is getting pretty large ... all dled mind you, except for the david lynch ones that are out ... mulholland, twin peaks , tp series season1, blue velvet, and wild at heart happy:

I only have 40 or so DVDs (Including Boxsets) and all of them are bought.

the very first weekend they let us leave at the citadel some friends of mine wanted to see a movie...it was a choice between open water or that one movie where the friends get stuck up the creek without a paddle or something...both shitty moives....i said go for the up the creek without a paddle movie cause it could possibly have some funny moments in it....but everyone else wanted to see open water.....i saw like 5 minutes of it and slept through the entire rest of the movie, a complete waste of 5 bucks. Mind you, it was the first weekend we had gotten leave and I was exhausted...it was the first movie i'd ever slept through at a theatre.

I hated it, if you can't top zee jaws, why try.

wasnt this movie low budget and they had to use real sharks?

Wow, worst reviews on this site. All the reviews I read for this film the critics absolutely praised it.

I thought it looked fascinating. I heard from people that saw it, saying that it was pretty decent for it's budget, and what the film makers had to work with.
