Request limmit

We can have a vote of how many requests of mods people can make. IDK if i should stickey it or even start it. I didnt have time to bring it up with the other mods so if this isnt nessesary il delete it, if it is il sticky/ announcement it for the MMS fourm.

HMMMM btw it wont let me make a poll, so post a number between 1-5. leave the BS out.

imported_Grim_Reaper 01-10-2005 04:50 PM

request limit? how will you keep track of this? it is good i suppose cause most people just join to request and that is it. no thank yous, just gimme what i want!

Jakke 01-10-2005 04:52 PM

R'Jackson'Harris 01-10-2005 04:52 PM

VOTE

imported_Grim_Reaper 01-10-2005 04:55 PM

haha good luck with that! i really dont care how many. maybe 5? i mean, even us modders have requests for something we cant do or make. like for me, a map or any type of skin. any!

R'Jackson'Harris 01-10-2005 05:01 PM

I mean like new member that just come in and ask.

imported_Grim_Reaper 01-10-2005 05:02 PM

that makes it a bit unfair. everyone should start with a clean slate i guess. just so from when this starts people will ask themselves: "Is it worth it?" biggrin:

Hawke 01-10-2005 05:38 PM

No request limits. As long as they don't put 1 weekly then its okay. 1 a month is plenty.

Thats a limit lol

philadelphia killing mach 01-11-2005 12:01 AM

think it would be only fair if there was a request FILLED limit. you can request all day and not get an answer or get it done.

Godsmack 01-11-2005 12:12 PM
request limit? how will you keep track of this?[/quote:cfeb6]

I didnt actually mean 1 a week. What I meant was as long as they don't flood the forms monthly and weekly, it's okay.

R'Jackson'Harris 01-11-2005 04:42 PM

alright, should we pass it? 1 or 2 request a month per member? just no flooding?

Scorpion -]M15F1T[- 01-11-2005 06:14 PM

I will go with waht u all decide but it will be a pain to enforce

Hawke 01-11-2005 07:17 PM

No limit. Just as long as they don't flood it daily and weekly then its okay I say.

R'Jackson'Harris 01-12-2005 12:10 AM

should we make an anoncement about it so people will know?

Hawke 01-12-2005 02:13 PM
should we make an anoncement about it so people will know?[/quote:64159]
no. it should be common sense not to make 1,000,000 threads asking for something. [for some people atleast]

Godsmack 01-12-2005 05:29 PM

I still think people should be able to request if they want to some people will never understand this stuff... or they just dont have time to make it....

chrisredfield003 01-13-2005 09:21 PM

what about

how about one request thread so people dont flood the forum with new request threads for every freaking thing they want lets be strict here than people will learn that if the request isnt for information or knoledge it will be taken lightly or possablt even be blown off

............ and lets leave it at that ed:

R'Jackson'Harris 01-14-2005 11:43 PM

that might be a good idea, what does every one else think?

pfaust60 01-15-2005 02:42 AM

agree. sticky?

Godsmack 01-15-2005 02:30 PM

Sounds good to me

R'Jackson'Harris 01-15-2005 03:39 PM

hawke, shall i?

chrisredfield003 01-17-2005 03:34 AM

thumbs up

i can feel my karma getting better

R'Jackson'Harris 01-17-2005 11:06 PM

but its not, unless nine does. I think we should just let people request for now, and if the overy do it, we lock it and give them a warning.
