at least the guy is fit. although his lower body is under developed i9n proportion to his lower body. so it looks kinda funny. Lots of guys like that at my gym, all they care about is their arms and traps, then let their legs underdevelope (or they dont keep them up etc), Also this guy looks a likl over developed.
