the human body cant live past 160 years. The cells will stop dividing and repairing eachother. So you will basically turn to dust. Living forever is a cool idea but is just kinda pointless.

the human body was never ment to live for 150 yrs. let alone forever.

Kinda dumb if you thnk about it. If people started living forever the world would be so populated we wouldnt have room or resources for everyone.

Wow, if people lived forever, then the world would become grossly overpopulated, even moreso than it already is, and resources would die instantly. Stop being a little bitch and let someone else live.

lving forever would suck...why would you want to be an old man with barely any energy for a lifetime...maybe if you could be like youngish and choose the day you wish to die or something.

We would eventually make resources unlimited with some sort of technology and mass recycling. Also, about an over populated Earth, it wouldn't be so true if humans adopted the idea of no more reproduction... reproduction (a "law" of nature) would basically end and be unnecessary.

you guys all say that it would be shiitty to live for a very long time. you know that if someone has created this immortality invention, and you had the chance to do it, and really works your not going to pass it up.

think of all the amazing achievements you would be able to see in the next few hundred years. i sure as hell know i wouldnt want to miss it if i had the choice.

If I had immortality - I'd still like to have a way out if I choose...Like a kind of Kryptonite thing that can kill me...Just in case I get fed up with the world, or in case I get in a position where I'd rather die than continue to live.

well im sure you can still die, just not of natural causes. if someone puts a bullet in your head, no "nanobot" can fix that.
