proably a good idea . looks like they're doing a sitdown protest in front of one and goes with the kent state students theme. i'd use a different font (weltron urban) if you're going for the 'chalk' look or just add a chalk texture to it.

it would look better if you gave the text some perspective, try the liquify filter and use pinch toward one side
