Placing fake calls to the emergency services and then attacking them with bricks/golfballs/airguns/javelins is considered a "hobby" by the scum element over here. If I had my way I'd round them all up and crash planes onto them.

I hope the guy that shot the child gets locked up for life, but I'd put money on him getting 10 years max.

its almost impossible to KILL someone with an airsoft gun. he got killed by a pellet which is a metal object bigger than a 6mm bb. metal pellet > plastic bb by far

Even heavily modded, I can never see a situation where an airsoft BB could kill you, take an eye out, yes, but never kill somebody. I've taken them 300fps from a foot and barely broke skin, hurt like hell and bruises/scar for over a year, but it could never kill you even point blank in the head...

It's an "Airgun" not an "Airsoft" gun. Airguns can sometimes have near the force of a .22

i think they should be illegal, therefore im against the people who thinks they should be, regardless if they are legal or not. There is absolutly no point for a house owner to need to own a semi or full auto gun...that's what gangs are for anyways right?

Shit happens when laws exist to lower public safety.

Canadian gun laws id assume are like uk ones? Over here owning a gun requires a big metal box to keep it in, really small calibre rifles and shotguns are allowed here and not much else. Usually culchies getting them for farms, thats about it really.

Actually, guns are used far more for defense than to commit a crime. Therefore, gun ownership raises public safety.

However, to me, that point is irrelevant. I believe that men are "endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights". The Constitution has a Bill of Rights that protects those freedoms. We should guard each plank of the Bill of Rights like a starving dog guards a ten pound steak.

Pretty much, you need to get a gun locker, trigger locks, a valid FAC, and every firearm you purchase is to be registered.
