LOL what a fucking dumbass, he even checked the breach and still said it was empty, not exactly hard to see a round in the magazine. oOo:

My glock handling > his....i think a 12 year old woulda had more of a clue than him.

Bucknub 03-08-2005 12:12 PM

LOL I love his little speech leading up to the point when he shoots

and how does a gun go off no easily? I heard it takes a tough squeeze to pull a trigger.

Varies from gun to gun, glocks only take a slight pull to get the shot off, other guns it takes you to pull harder.

alot of people get trigger jobs too, this will lesson the amount of pull needed to discharge the weapon. The reason this is done is that it is easier to stay on target with a lighter trigger pull

bukdez 03-08-2005 12:33 PM

he stays pretty calm and collected for a guy that just shot himself... i'm guessing it just grazed him or something...

Nyck 03-08-2005 12:35 PM

I like his "Oh snap...DAMMMMMMNNNN" expression when it happened.

and then when he tells that girl to get the other gun and she pulls out a big ass assault rifle, all the kids are like OMFG put it down!!!!!!!

geRV 03-08-2005 12:41 PM

LOL can't blame them, probably had a full magazine loaded set to full auto ffs. oOo:

bukdez 03-08-2005 01:01 PM

i wouldn't want to take his course in grenade safety...

lmao what a tard that guy is.

Bean 2 03-08-2005 01:19 PM

hahaha and he still goes on with the lecture. "Next well be looking at an assault rifle."PUT IT DOWN!!! hahahaha

Arkan 03-08-2005 03:07 PM

Ok, here's my take on it. The guy had a loaded gun in the school (a no no when doing "gun safety") The chamber was in fact empty but.......he had a full magazine in the gun. When he released the slide, a round chambered. The biggest mistake he made besides having live rounds was.....he never removed the magazine.

Gun Safetly rules:

1. Point gun in safe direction
2. Keep finger OUT of trigger housing
3. Remove magazine
4. Rack slide to the rear and physically and visually check for an empty chamber and magazine well

He missed steps 1, 2, 3, and 4. oOo:

I gotta say, up to the part where he called for an assualt weapon, he handled himself rather well for a guy who just shot himself.

ninty 03-08-2005 04:19 PM

Arkan is exactly right. He shouldn't have had the mag on the pistol when you go to clear the weapon.

Also i'm pretty sure he meant to pull the trigger. I mean, the weapon is cocked, so you have to pull the trigger to release the action. He just forgot the mag was on when he hit the bolt catch.

Bean 2 03-08-2005 04:35 PM

I like how he says, after this i probably wont be teaching gun safety anymore, then proceeds to ask for an assault rifle.

Blase 03-08-2005 04:38 PM

I've gone down to the shooting range a good 25 times, and not once have I ever had an accidental discharge on any weapon I was handling.

Wtf, and this guy is a cop too. oOo:

That or he's faking to get his point across: guns are dangerous so don't make
finger love to them...

tomxtr 03-08-2005 07:41 PM

Poor bastard. You know he wanted to head for the hills, but he tried to save what little face he had left. "I'm the only one in this room qualified to handle a glock." happy:

guarnere 03-08-2005 07:51 PM

100s of times maybe 1000s of times for me never an accidental discharge. I have been shooting for over 30 years and never had a problem. I started at age 12 on the Livonia, MI Rifle team

Sgt. Paine 03-09-2005 07:15 AM

Godsmack 03-09-2005 07:18 AM
