Best news i heard all day. I'd like to volunteer to be "executioner".

TonyMontana 03-16-2005 02:05 PM

ffs he's not going to die, he will spend the rest of his life in prison, and I would like to be Arkan's assistant

Himmler 03-16-2005 02:06 PM

kill the fucker. ill be arkans assisant's assiasnt

Hawke 03-16-2005 02:19 PM

I haven't read up much about the case but from what I have seen, he doesn't seem guilty. There is no murder weapon I thought. The only thing they have against him is that he was having an affair and was fishing at that lake that day.

If he is truly guilty, he should not be given the pleasure of being killed. He should rot in jail his whole life with no chance of getting out. The guys already in there would fuck him up for killing a wife and baby.

TGB! 03-16-2005 02:27 PM

No murder weapon. Shoody "motive". Jury allowed to conduct their OWN tests on the boat.

Bad all around. Its not about whether he murdered LACI or not. . .its about does the evidence SUPPORT that he murdered LACI. . .can any of you really say it did?

This was a circumstantial trail at its worst. . .

Nyck 03-16-2005 02:33 PM

He deserves better... federal pound-me-in-the-ass sounds nicer than this.

Enough circumstantial evidence = beyond a reasonable doubt

Fry him. If not because he killed her, then because he's a fucking despicable human being. Put it on Pay-per-view for all I care.

guarnere 03-16-2005 03:52 PM

Shit, if cheating on your significant other is deemed "despicable"...then im one bad mother fucker.

Yeah, that is despicable if your wife is 8 months pregnant, or anytime for that matter. Wouldn't send anyone up the river for that though. Trying to score some "strange" after your wife has gone missing and during the search effort is more what I'm getting at. Either...a) he is a heartless bastard or b) he knew there was no point in looking (which would also make him a heartless bastard). Either way, good riddance. spank:

Guarnere, thats not reason to punish the guy. Bottom line is...if you want to "cheat" on your 8 month pregnant wife, kudos to you for having the balls....just don't snuff out her and the unborn childs life. Thats fucking twisted and deserves the most severe punishment known to man.

Akuma 03-16-2005 04:45 PM

My girlfriend's name is Lacey which sounds like Laci, so kill that fucker!!! cuss:

KTOG 03-16-2005 05:11 PM

The best was at the GWAR concert when they killed Laci Peterson .... again.

CoMaToSe 03-16-2005 05:24 PM

Ironically enough, he'll live longer on death row than he would in the regular prison population. In california they get automatic appeals up to the US supreme court. Whereas in the regular prison population, what big buff con wouldnt want to get their hands on some nancy rich boy?

if he isnt guilty, then he is the most unlucky dude in the world.
it christmas eve and he goes fishing, where he went fishing was way to choppy for the kind of boat he had, plus traces of cement he bought where found in the boat, plus his wife is found near the spot he said he went fishing. he is having an affair and was still trying to get together with this chick even when his wife was still missing. he goes to paris for newyears eve and partys it up as well as call his girlfriend while at the party telling her that he misses her and he wishes she was there ( they are still looking for his wife )
he lied to the police about his affair

Circumstantial dude.

No murder weapon. No prints. No blood. No receipts. No nothing except "suspicious" behavior. . .

This isnt a traffic ticket, or drugs - this is capital murder. . .and they convicted him. Dont care what you think about the man - that is NOT a good precedent to have set.

SoLiDUS 03-16-2005 07:21 PM

Most people don't understand this though... which is why "someone has to fry so that we can have closure".

Xorcist [USA] 03-16-2005 07:32 PM

Finding him with his hair dyed blonde and $10,000 in cash near the Mexican border is enough circumstantial evidence for me.

He also had camping equipment in his vehicle, and the knowledge of the area in Mexico where police suspected him of going, from his previous work experiences.

I guess in his eyes, serving time is better than a divorce and 18 years of child support payments.

bukdez 03-16-2005 07:34 PM

this guy gets the death penalty while robert blake goes free... is there anymore evidence in the peterson case than in the blake case?...

Your facts are a little off, but at least you get the picture. He never went to Paris. He just fed that line to Amber Frye. In fact that conversation took place while he was at a candle light vigil for his wife.

I found it interesting what Scott had in his car when he was arrested with dyed blonde hair.

Items Found in Scott's Car

* Undated bill of sale with an unverified signature of Michael Griffin, the registered owner of the vehicle
* An application for duplicate title for the vehicle also signed by Michael Griffin

o Two Visa cards and one MasterCard issued to Scott Peterson

Doesn't mean he was necessarily guilty, but clearly he was going on the lamb.

[quote="TGB!":bd067] No blood.[/quote:bd067]

As I recall they found traces of blood and bleach in a mop and on the floor in the house. Was there a problem in the evidence collection or what?

That or going to get away from the ensuing media frenzy. .

Pray that you never plan a get-away when one of your friends/enemies turns up dead. . .wouldnt want the cops to think you are going "on the lam".

BTW, LOL at 12 tablets of Viagra.
