Yahoo's new music service

Anyone check this out yet? It looks pretty good for $5/mo. I wonder if I can use it with iTunes and my iPod?

Am I the only one on earth who pays for music? I've been downloading from the russian pay site: [url:ef91e]http://www.allofmp3.com[/url:ef91e] which has been very good so far. It's really cheap at $0.01 per meg of music. Since last summer I've spent $60 and grabbed around 38 full albums, including the 4 disk Zeppelin box set.

I actually do pay for an artist if I like them and want to support them.

Those odd torrents and stuff usually don't have the music that I listen to (a bunch of jazz and classical stuff) so I sometimes buy them.

My dad did the napster package for a month where you pay a single fee and you can have unlimited downloads for that month you payed for. He then has the ability to transfer the files to his zen micro for free since it supports the transfer of the license agreements. Napster is great because it has EVERYTHING you can every imagine and it's very very quick.

If i like a band enough i usually buy their cd, but i like to hear it first.

On that site I mentioned before... I pay about $1.15 for an album. The 4 disc Zeppelin boxed set cost me all of $3.50. Totally worth the money imo.
