I got the patch to work on one of my PCs but it won't work on the other and im in the UK :/

Its really frustrating

can ne of u give me an ip so that i can play the multiplayer?!?!

What do you need an IP for? Just use the ingame server browser or The All Seeing Eye.

Should be an easy one this.

1.1 Released already, yet as you'll all know, it states "Only for the US" version, few points about this.

1. What would be the differences (if any) between as US and say an Australian version of the game
2. Would there be any technical aspects if the patch was installed on a non US version??
3. If so, how the f**k can EA discriminate against non US users of the game.
4. Or anyone know any good Aussie servers, I'm on dsl, and the lowest ping I can get with version 1.0 is around 280ms

Hopefully there might be some productive comments.....

lol, already did that from scotland...

its the same as aussie and asian in that you can use the patch

stupid EA didnt think I guess...I waited 2 weeks for a patch only to be told by a mod here that they were the same thing

no u dont lose saved games, yes its for the us version but works ok on the australian version, except it kills the ingame voices and the briefing sounds...

i hope they release patch1.1 for other countries and not just US cos i want my voices back.

i beat the game b4 downloading the patch so I dunno

should i back them up anyway? i guess the obvious answer is yes huh

nah they'll be useless you'll still see them in ur save/load menu but if u try to run them they'll fubar everythin up

i got the EURO version and the patch still does not work
