Workout: Not too shabby
Haven't benched pressed for max in quite awhile so i tried today. Benched 80lbs over my body weight. It's a far cry from the 140lbs over body weight i did back when i was 23 but not too shabby for an old guy nursing a bad shoulder.

leg presses are for pussies. do some squats. and benchpresses work your chest muscles, not your arms. |
