Workout: Not too shabby
 
Haven't benched pressed for max in quite awhile so i tried today. Benched 80lbs over my body weight. It's a far cry from the 140lbs over body weight i did back when i was 23 but not too shabby for an old guy nursing a bad shoulder.

btw, don't ask why i felt the need to share this. rolleyes:

ive benched over 120ish but I never really work on my arms. I did around 500lbs on the leg press. And right now I do a lot of ab workouts....

leg presses are for pussies. do some squats. and benchpresses work your chest muscles, not your arms.

I did squats as well. I havent gone to a gym in a couple months though. When school starts back up I will definently take advantage of it this year.
