Is firefox working for you guys, I've been using ie since yesterday .. my firefox won't connect or something, is weird. I got the latest update. Is it working for you guys?

Yeah, it's fine for me.

Well, mostly anyway. I find it doesn't shut down cleanly sometimes and you hafta go into Task manager and manually smoke it. Happens quite a bit. mad:

Okay, well its working now. I think I saw on PC Magazine that Mozilla will have a lot of downtime, cause a lot of people are starting to use it.

Yup. I'll have admit I whore the tabbed browsing. I may try IE again over the summer though.

Tabbed browsing, faster page loading, better security, bookmark toolbar, downloadable quick searches to add to your toolbar (anything from google to metal-archives...), mouse gestures.........

List goes on and on...

tabbed browsing is more of a pain in the ass than non-tabbed imo ... how many pages do you need open at once? are you homos trying to tell me you can read more than one page at a time?

... looks like a pretty impressive list of exploits. sure they get patched but so does ie. isnt 1.04 the latest version ? there hasnt been a security update to ie6 in months.

Just install, restart Firefox, go to Tools, Tweak Network Settings, under "Profiles" push the Power button, hit apply...

i like firefox, but flash isn't working on mine.. when ever I have to watch a flash toon, i have to turn on opera... I avoid IE like the plague. My main liking to Firefox is how it downloads crap "aka" download manager & log.

Wait for the new IE to come out this summer. Suppose to be awesome, i just got firefox last night, and its just meh.
