Nice. Out of curiousity, how many layers on average does something like that take?

34 layers +_ text layer, ill pm you the psd if you want .

lol...Maybe he is just worried he'll end up finding some of his layers have been ripped and used in somthing else.

I don't rip. Rip = Lames. I just haven't really seen a sig like that's PSD before. Just was kind of curious to see how its made, and how the layers are added together to make the final result. cuss:

I would also like the psd, i have yet to find a good tut for stuff like that so all i need is the psd to see how it was layered and how the layeres are made

would you send it to me? biggrin:

1. brush base coat

2. brush in bold patterns

3. hue/sat it.

4. color it

5. set lighting threw out the sig (overlays soft light etc)

6. erase certain areas

7. repeat previous steps to aquire desired BG*

8. done.

After looking at it, its fairly simple and mostly could be reduced to 15 or so layers. Awesome job though, definatly not what i expected.

does look a tad overcrowded but still very nice,

that it can biggrin: , the thing is when your playing around, adding new features, searching for the effect you want, layers just seem to pyle up, technically you could probably reduce it to 7 or 6, but to get the effect you really want in only 6 layers = not likely. it takes trail and error etc.
