had two teeth pulled today. any of you had teeth pulled? it blows

4 wisdom teeth, not as bad as they said it would be

Nope. Only have 2 wisdom teeth and they don't give me trouble unless I'm chewing a lot.

yup, ive had some teeth pulled, and it does indeed suck. you need to follow the post op rules to the 'teeth' or else you may end up getting dry sockets...they ache like a mother fuker.

they didnt tell me what to do to avoid "dry socket" . just said "put gauss in mouth, squeeze down, and change every 5 mins till bleeding stops. take tylonal if pain persists." i swished with warm salt water first to help stop bleeding then later on cold water. the gums seem clotted up fine now.

I had four teeth pulled in order for braces to be put on...it was pretty cool...I was put under by injection...the drugs were wicked...I woke up and wanted to hug everyone...haha.

yah 4 wisdom teeth. it sucked. especially when your teeth break off in the pliers.

Ditto, they shot me with stuff so my mouth would go numb, I couldn't talk straight for like an hour.

Had two removed when I was like 12 or 13, required a few injections in my mouth....Painful, and kinda scary (I used to be scared of the dentist in my younger days) but looking back, very necessary.

Like guar, I had 4 pulled for braces. Now that Im done with braces 2 years later I have to get my wisdom teeth removed since the teeth in front of them are keeping them from coming in. That's coming up soon and I'm definately not looking forward to it.

That sucks, you'll be short of teeth.

i've had 6 teeth pulled, 2 pushed into my facial bone (they died) get pulled and get my 2 teeth besides the them get pulled together via braces, did i mention i had about 12 root canals before i got those 2 front teeth pulled

I dont know why americans have the idea all brits have messed up teeth.
It's only about 98% of us lol.

I need to have 4 wisdom teeth taking out but readin some of these posts i think i will leave it!

I would suggest to all you youngsters to take good care of your teeth. You will miss them when their gone.

Just 3 wisdom teeth and I was under general anesthesia. rock:

I had 4 knocked out with a baseball bat. Jaw wired shut for a month. It sucked but all is alright now

2 wisdoms cut out...

that's all so far... other 2 will have to come out soon... I don't want to go through that again...

the vicodin is 1337 though

Ive had at least 5 teeth pulled, two being wisdom teeth...two were my front two and one was somewhere in the bottom right.

I still have a full complement of teeth.

4 wisdom, and at least 2 others over time. Wisdom teeth is nothing. Doesnt hurt because you are flying so fucking high. The other two didnt hurt either cause I was given some nice pain killer and my face felt like a baloon, it was fun.
Just dont chew anything
