The first record I ever had was a 45 that my older sister gave me for my birthday - can't remember which one. It a Monkees record. It had "DayDream Believer" on the A Side and "Goin Down" on the B Side.
I'm not sure which LP I actually bought for myself first. I used to just listen to my sister's albums...until she started buying Lettermen albums and crap like that. Early ones that I bought included: Mountain - Flowers of Evil Led Zeppelin - Untitled (the album that had Stairway to Heaven on it) Uriah Heep - Live The Stones - Goats Head Soup Bachman Turner Overdrive II |
