Free CAD.

First 100,000 peeps to register get a FREE copy of x-CAD. The 100,000 mark has to be reached by August 1st though for it to be free to all those that registered.

http://www.x-cad.net/

I'm not sure what I'll use it for but I registered anyways and figured I'd pass it on here to see if any of you would want in on this.

Coleman 07-19-2005 12:23 AM

MotoxXx 07-19-2005 12:30 AM

they use cad for designing things like pipelines and houses and stuff. i think its pretty hard to learn, because people have to take classes on it to become proficient. My friend does that all day long at work.

Registered. I will be using it mainly for paintball tinkering.

CAD is primarly for industrial design and the likes, when you need to be able to get a blueprint straight out of the model itself. Ive worked with different CAD-applications for three years, so I know my way around them by now. biggrin:

AND, I signed aswell, seeing as its a free 3D-CAD.

CoMaToSe 07-19-2005 11:11 AM

I've taken AutoCAD classes for drafting and 3d modeling.
