Got back from PennState University for scheduling my courses. All I have to say is, "FUCK EVERYTHING IS TAKEN!" lol That's not the case for everything. But there were a few courses that were absolutely full...like philosophy and some other music courses.

obviously, most of these courses are General Education classes. The german class is about the German way of thought back to the early philosophers to present day (included Nazi stuff for you homos that thought that). The music course was only offered at that time. It's the Evolution of Jazz which sounded really great.

My Education Psychology course will help me out--->Music Education.

All of the english courses were full so I have to take it next semester.




We had like an hour presentation from these two girls...total
oOo: if you ask me. One was a "Female Influence in East India Major" and the other was majoring in something that had to due with females and politics. Well, these girls gave a presentation on rape and drugs. They told us where to get the best condoms, which flavors tasted the best, drunk sex with mult. partners is good evidentally. I was actually really annoyed by the whole thing. I agree, yeah, that they need to bring awareness about rape to students, but to give us suggestions on which ribbed condoms felt the best...uh...too much detail girl. They gave us a card and DEMANDED that we put it in our wallets. I put mine in the font for easy access since i'll be using it soooo much (sarcasm)-->

Selecting courses sucks. It took me 5 years to get my 4 year degree because I couldn't get courses I needed.

I didn't fail any courses.

Me too. It'll be the start of my 5th year this fall. IF I can get the 4 courses I want, I'll be done.

Speaking of colleges, does anybody here have any opinions about online colleges? Like University of Phoenix or DeVry etc.? Are they worth a damn? Or are they just diploma mills. I really want to do what I should have done a long time ago and go to school, but I can't afford to work part time. So I figured that going the online route for a degree might work.

Yeah, the psu recruitment did come out with some good deals. I heard they got the #1 highschool kicker/punter??? Not sure how valid that is though.

I heard they got the #1 recruit overall because he had a good experience when he was younger at a PSU football camp...

I don't know if that was last year though or the accuracy in general but I'm pretty sure that's what my grandpa said and he's PSU alum and a huge fan
