Milla 07-25-2005 11:11 PM

The new front facia is nice.

Proteus 07-25-2005 11:14 PM

You people act as if cars are anything more than a system of travel.

I belive they are an example of the personality of the individual. Not so much the car itself but how they care for it, if they just brag about it and how they treat it. How they treat repairs or keeping the interior clean (I find that a big one right there). A car is an extension of your personality in my opinion, but thats just me oOo:

Very true

and rofl nyck

Doctor Duffy 07-25-2005 11:27 PM

Now this is just me, but I can really see how such a bulky, short car like that can take advantage of the spoiler. Better looking than nothing, though.

Actually on this car it does do something, its a rally car, it takes turns and accelerates fast, plus its AWD so its pushing air down on the ass end keeping it from sliding.

Civis with wings like that are gay FWD cars + big spoilers = ghey

I thought 50

MotoxXx 07-26-2005 12:01 AM

Damn. Really? That must mean that either someone here is lying or that different decals add different amounts of power. (Example: Large NOS decals may add 100hp, while small NOS decals only add 15-30.)

Speaking of NOS. I saw a Jeep Grand Cherokee with 2 decals in the rear window and a big ass exhaust tip and couldn't help but laugh.

It all depnds really, if you buy a spoiler designed properly for your car, and if your car has the power to take advantage of it. The truth is most just casue a negative drag like effect. a 91 GSR (type r conversion) Integra @ my school had one, the previous owner who was a honda/ Acura enthusiast had it on for a reason...... a 195hp + light car without the proper spoiler made the car more unpredictable, The newer owner who took it off becasue he hated "rice" made a huge mistake. He flipped the car 4 days later.

His parents own a local theme park so are like billionaires.

Sergeant_Scrotum 07-27-2005 11:58 PM

GTO= crap. However, the original version (vaxhaul Monaro) is also availale in a beefed up supercharged/sport package that really makes the car sing. this version has gotten good praise from car reviews over in europe. Sadly it is not available over here.

Sirus 07-28-2005 12:26 AM

looks very similar to a subaru wrx

Fuck yeah, they need to badge it to a Chevelle SS

Cpt. Obvious 07-28-2005 12:31 AM

I would love to have a subaru wrx or a mitsubishi eclipse. Actually I have been saving up for the eclipse. But anyway if I had the money I would definetly go with the Silverado.
