Heh, too bad it doesn't affect anything in game.
|
Yea I just leave it that way if they ever enable it.
|
Id like to get a hold of the command to disable lod, hate getting close to something like another vehicle and seeing all the detail "pop up" on it when you get to a certain distance from it. Really noticable on mountains as well when you're flying over them.

i have everything set to med
res 1152X864 -75mh i get 80-100 fps |
Flagg, if I were you getting 80-100fps on those settings, I'd totally try shifting the detail up a bit, I'm sure you'd survive on 50-60fps at very nice extras, you tryed experimenting?
I would. Makes a difference freak: As for me its mostly Medium with 1 or 2 on High, no AA and 1152x864. Prolly runs bout 40-50fps in fights...tho arty slows shit down a lil |
ile give it a shot
aneyone know if there is a setting to remove the fps cap i know in cod its caped at 85fps but you can edit your config (seta com_maxfps 85 ..you just change it to seta com_maxfps 999) i can get between 500 and 1000 fps in cod http://www.5thesbclan.net/flagg_images/shot0030.jpg |
Too bad your game looks absolutely disgusting. oOo:
There is no FPS cap in BF2 as far as I know, not that anyone has a system powerful enough to reach it... Unless they run it on ass like you did for CoD. |
