I just bought my brothers webcam from him (Logitec pro4000 or something) for $20. I remember a friend sent me a link one time and it took me to a website that had his video feed going. I tried to google for free webcam services, but came up empty handed. I know they're out there though.

webcamnow.com is one I cam across but it's a bunch of dudes showing their penises to the camera. Art Attack might remember that lol.

I'll give a sexy webcam show to the person that can lead me to a website that I can host a feed for free.
