K so I was just walking back from the club & my mate I was with was just crossing over the road. Behind me were a group of about 6 lads & one of them was off his face & messing around. I turned round & one of the boys sitting down on the steps started hurling abuse at me for no apparent reason. He was calling me 'fkn midget' etc, I'm about 5ft 9/10 which is about average for the UK male. Not exactly super tall, but not a fucking midget either. My mate was over the other side of the road by this point & couldnt exactly come to my aid & there was only two of us vs about six anyway. So I had to do a very manly thing & turn my back on this abuse & cross the street & follow my mate as this abuse was still hurled at me.

More than anything I would have loved to have turned around on this gang of cluster fuck mongol retards with a pistol or something & ask them to repeat their kind words. But then the UK Gun laws outlaw this kind of behaviour. I was wondering, would something like this happen in Texas or New Mexico? If someone started hurling abuse at another person they could technically turn around & blow that persons brains out. Which is what I would have loved to have done. I hate those fucking coward bastards. Had all my mates been there it would certainly have been a different story. in most cases if you were actually attacked and killed somone you could claim self defense. But if they were just being verbally abusive and you pulled a gun, even if you did not fire the gun you could get charged with several offenses. Attempted murder, Agrivated assault, and Assault with a deadly weapon just to name a few. However if someone came into your house and started talkign shit, you could put up to 3 bullets into them before it becomes murder. Under 3 I believe is considered self defense in your own home. If they are on your property you have to warn them 3 times, if they do not leave you can use force. If they attack you then you can kill them.

ugh there is nothing worse than out walking by yourself or with a girlfriend and having a big group of obnoxious jock's yell something. I used to get the skater fags yelling "nice car" untill I stopped and said "at least my 4 wheels can get me somewhere under its own power and I can keep my pants up at the same time. They don't yell anything anymore.

Here in Australia you can gun down anyone simply because you happen to dislike their attitude/
dress sense etc., but the gun must be registered and you must have a current firearm license.

Kill them, and walk away. Random crimes with an illigal firearm are hard to solve. Steal a gun from some law abiding citizen then use it for all your killings. The regular joe will likly have reported the weapon stolen and wont get in trouble. And if he does... do you give a fuck, you should have shot him to. You may also need to kill your friend that was with you, since they cant keep there mouths shut. Theres always more people out there, no one will miss 7 of em.

All you guys are missing it. This is what i would've done and i bet nothing would've happened to me.

I simply would've turned around and walked toward the guy without saying a word. When i got close enough, i would immediately annihilate the guy right in front of his buddies. At this point, only 2 thinga are gonna happen.

1. Nothing. His friends would be in shock and be too slow to respond.

2. I would get jumped by the rest. Big deal, perhaps take a few lumps knowing i destroyed the guy who started it.
