ill give the demo a spin. Id hate to enjoy this game as vanilla COD was poison...UO was decent. Atleast its something to do while I wait for Q4

I plan on getting the 360 version.
ok. i played it through 6 or so times. i dont think it was meant to be ground breaking but its a polished ww2 shooter. solid stuff...anyone hear of a MP demo?
as long as theres vehicles in the MP i'll be happy.
Meh, it was alright. I was expecting it to be much better.
The demo has cool smoke, other wise bf2 kills it.

[quote:188ba] I liked COD but this is just more of the same damn thing. Bump and Specular maps out the ass (specs are a necessary evil but I still hate them - WHOSE FUCKING KNEES ARE SHINY???) - But altogether the same game with new maps.
Recycled: Animations Sound Effects Models Voiceovers Weapons AI It's fun but they hardly changed a thing. The maps are still small and constrained, the enemy AI still fires the MG42 instead of shooting back at you while you flank, they DONT HAVE FUCKIN RAGDOLLS!???! and bodies clip through walls, and it's EXACTLY the same experience as last time. It's gonna take a lot of good reviews for me to get it. [/quote:188ba] |
