In many states deers are heavily populated. As is tons of cars his deers but without hunting there would be thousands more....

My family has hunted moose and fished for salmon for decades. Do we NEED the moose meat and salmon? No, not really. We'd survive without it.

We've always raise one or two pigs. One pig makes a lot of meat. The same meat has been in our freezer since Early 2004 or so. I'm still gonna eat it. rock:

Not to mention that venison, moose, and most other wild game are lower in fat and cholesterol than beef and other commercially produced meats.
