There was a site that you could make your own personal list of dvds owned by typing in the name and it would list all of the specs and shit. You could then have an online list of movies you owned.

I just made a database at home listing all the DVD/Videos/CD's that we own. Just incase something happened and we had to claim off the insurance.

Yea I did it for a while but stopped were gonna start again

Imdb.com has one and I found another at dvdloc8.com

that site is pretty 1337

it lists the movies...gives you an estimated value, average price, your favorite actor and director etc etc....
