But honestly, the kid was sitting in a parked car. The shooter snuck up from behind the car with a rifle. How the hell, if he was trying to kill him, didnt he?

A highschool kid (somewhere between the age of 16-18, apparently) shot someone in my neighbourhood a couple weeks ago. They blamed it on big city violence moving north...
