I don't buy many games, as I don't play many games. The ones I want, I buy. *shrug*

the days of d-loading games is over. With everything they out into them its impossible to play online without a key (a real one)

Stealing is bad, Mmkay...

There's usually a prog or crack that can disable it depending on the protection.

i cant play the newer pc games on my laptop so i tend to only steal the older games which do werk.

U B crazy, oline rocks rock: I have never dloaded a game but I have played a dloaded version on someone elses comp. It played fine but I cant see a way to play games like BF2 of Halflife online without a legit copy

I download the games I wanna try out the single player or some shit cuz i usually can get that to work.

Online I buy usually...mohaa no cd key so no buy....tribes was great didn't need any protection at alll...just borrowed it installed it and worked forever.

and i buy blizzard/bioware games because they're the best.

fuck these modern day games.

What I hate now about the online playing is the fees you must pay to play online. What happen to people renting servers and having freeloaders playing in them. One of the reasons I didn't get WoW till recently was because of that. If I like a game I'll play it online for days at a time, I'll take a break and eat and shit, unlike that Jap that died.

just all kinds of new forms of cd protection : starforce securerom etc ...

tis true that most eventually end up having a no cd ... but for most lately ive noticed theres never no cds ... ive had cold war on my disk for nearly a month and cant play it.

ive played many a warez games at friends, just never dled them myself

the way new games work does suck, sucks even harder when all your money went and is still going into living at school. i dont have the cash to dish out $40-60 for the newest game. i'll have to wait for christmas before i can get anything.

ive searched all over for it and i dont think theres a no cd around ... ive tried sr7 stop, starforce nightmare, sf fuk ... all kinds of shit trying to get around the protection and neg.

is naybody else starting to get a little bored with games? I havent turned steam on in ages.

I think i bought less than 5 games this year so far. the new ones look good, but whats the point in shelling out that kind of cash when its just gonna dust on the shelf. i might as well have loads of fun on my old games and buy the newer ones used or when they are on sale. ive been using my NES and playing my old mac games this past 2 months. i dropped SWG a few months ago because none of my friends play it anymore. it really was worth $15 though.

most good fps coming out are ww2 based but they dont compare to mohaa (3 years ago)

im pretty well burn out on games as well... until a game like hitman , max payne , or the no one lives forever games come back around i probably wont be doing much gaming.

starforce = a bitch. It fucking goes into your bios to check if the disk is actaully running from the cdrom drive.. so danm hard to crack.

my god i have a whole cd book filled with pirated games...back in my gaming hayday i used to get that shit like a week before it was released in stores. had an "inside" connection.

i had so many that some of them i never even installed. god i cant believe how nerdy i used to be, in my clan for mohaa and later cod i was in charge of distributing "new" games to my clanmates through my ftp. lol eek:
