I got a job offer over the weekend, and I'm about ready to go into my bosses office and hand him my letter of resignation. Knee-jerk reactions are the norm around here... so even though I'm going to offer 2 weeks notice, I may be cleaning out my desk this afternoon. Wish me luck, this should be fun!

I'll be managing IT vendor relationships and working on contract negotiations. Basically, they outsource all of their IT (mostly domestic outsourcing) and I'll be keeping tabs on the vendors. As soon as I have my new info, I'll be sure to give you all my email addy so you can spam me lemonparty and goatse.

Yeah, I have a small commute now, and there's never any traffic in my direction, since I'm the only one stupid enough to live downtown.

I might be getting an IT job with the gov't (ironic because bucky seems to think i dont know wtf i'm doing) im just going to take networking classes and shit once i get the job.

PS its a job with the Gov't in DC...only thing i dont like is i gotta wake up at 4:30 am to ride the commuter bus to DC oOo:
