Any of you guys watching? Im watching them.....anyways heres the medal standings for all the countries.

Yeah i'm watching, but im convinced a lot of the events are rigged.

why is that?

Eh, some people who should win don't and what not. Like last night the americnas in figure skating landed a move that has never been sucessfully done in the olympics before and they got a good score plus they had a flawless performance. But the chinese came up right after that, and the one girl slipped almost busted her ass and they got a higher score. Than the other chinese group came up and they weren't as good and they still had a better score. It was BS imo.

i agree...shaun white is like a favorite for the judges and they give him high scores, i mean he is deserving nonetheless but i mean come on...some norweigan guy came on and had a great halfpipe run and they gave him a horrible score oOo:

The guy is a millionaire already. he dominated at the Winter X-games a couple weeks ago, now wins gold at the olympics. he's going to be in a movie playing himself filmed in alaska too. they already said he's worth over 5 million dollars. trust me, he'll get the babes lol

btw, canadian women are pwning hockey. they beat italy 16-0 and russia 12-0.

The Canadian Men's hockey team is practicing here tomorrow about 15 min from me. I'm gonna head to the rink and see if i can get some autographs, and maybe even let me watch practice (doubt it).

Is it NHL players, i tought the NHL didnt want its players in this year or something. ALso wtf are they still doing in canada?

yeah it's all NHL players. they don't play until wednesday, so they're meeting here first to get in a practice. they leave later on today. I'm also going to the airport to pickup my grandma so maybe i'll see the players departing there too hah

i watched a couple of events and it doesnt really look like the olympics to me anymore. these events suck and the stupid commercials make it worse. i'll watch hockey, but thats it.

Summer is boring to me, running, biking and gymnastics.... sleeping:

Any event that has attractive women bending and flexing will get my attention.

I enjoy watcing the olympics...but hockey is the only one that glues me to the TV...but in the end i think the summer olympics have more interesting events.

ski jumping owns though.

Though I feel like a bad canadian cuz in hokcey games...canada is the highest rank but so boring to play...czechs have the most enjoyable strategy and alignment.

In womens hockey they will make it...though I doubt they will make the mens final.

I think canada has the female gold. As far as mens I wouldn't count them out. Canada's hockey has always been a staple in the olympics for medals.

I watched an hour of curling last night at 3am. We destroyed Norway defending gold medalists!

Well it was a good thing I didn't go to the arena this morning. 20 people did show up, and they all got the heave ho. The security guard said that they were under a tight schedule, and wouldn't let anyone in the building or get autographs. They only allowed the media in.

CBC showed a live feed and there was a shitload of media in the rink.

Bryan McCabe = extra defender


I doubt these will stay intact. I can't imagine St. Louis and Richards not playing together. Bouwmeester/Regehr might be a combo to tinker with as well. Not sure why McCabe is the extra D-man...Bouwmeester probably should be.
