Your Sat/ Act scores

I'm studying right now to take that sat/act exam. I've been out of school (Hs) for about 5 years now and im wanting to retake it to try and get accepted into college. I was just wondering what you guys scored on the tests.

Any reason why - as a 23 year old - youre going to waste your time on the SAT/ACTs when you can simply enroll in a JC (for much less money), complete your lower division requirements there - and simply transfer to finish your upper div. coursework?

No SAT/ACT in the Republic of Canuckia, but for what it's worth, I coasted my way to a 3.8/4 honors college graduation.

Just take the prep exams and you'll do fine.

Machette 05-02-2006 06:22 PM

What university you go to?

lol, good one coleman.

Yeah, we're both conservative. He might actually be a little more hardcore than me though.

about twin studies, yeah seriously, it was very weird that we got the same score, but I'm glad because if one of us had done better, it would only cause trouble between us.

gtboys34 05-02-2006 06:47 PM

.. i hope he's better at bf2

SoLiDUS 05-02-2006 07:44 PM

All the u of wisconsin-madison really looks at is ACT/SAT and GPA/class rank. If you're on the bubble, they will look at other things aswell.

RaNgeR 05-02-2006 09:11 PM

Madison is a tough school to get into; I think if I applied I would have had a great shot. 3.7, 1200 is okay

Seneca @ York University over hear. "Media Studies" @ any university = No employment opprotunities after graduation.

Grad's from my current school/program work @ Pixar(they take their pick from us and Sheridans guys) , EA, Capcom (a 2000 Grad revolutionized the flash game industry and is now some sort of president @ Capcom. Our Animation prgram took home the OScar for best short film 2 years ago as well. Even though were not classified as as "University" we do just as much work, studying..programming..blah. yadda yadda yadda.

MY hope is to grad, and have a Wedding Videography company. HUGE $$$ is Weddings.

(I got into York, and Ryerson for media related studies, turned them both down for this.)
