""The average CFL salary is about $50,000 Cdn whereas the minimum stipend in the NFL this season will be $275,000 US ($304,000 Cdn). Williams would probably make about $150,000, making him the one of the highest paid running backs in the league."

"He owes the Dolphins $8.6 million US for breaching his contract "

oOo: nice....enjoy your 58 year career in Toronto to pay off that debt.

What a dumb fuck. He came back just to pay off that money and then smokes him self out of the league again.

ninty 05-04-2006 09:09 AM

maybe he just wants to play football. i don't think he expects to pay off his debt in the cfl.

05-04-2006 09:28 AM

serves him right for going to play in that joke of a league called CFL.

lol just stirrin up shit, pay no attention to me.

TonyMontana 05-04-2006 09:39 AM

who cares? it will draw in crowds. i know i'd go to a game just to see one of my favourite players in an argos uniform.

yeah for sure. every city the argos play in people will go to see ricky williams.

Nyck 05-04-2006 10:16 AM

doubt it will even happen.

sorry but ricky is about as close to a slave as you can be.

Dolphins fucking own his ass not only in the fact that he owes them 9 million, but the fact that hes still under contract.

CFL could take a big step in credibility and not sign someone kicked out of the nfl. but hey whatever brings the fans I s'pose

Too bad it was the players that asked for it, not the nfl.

and they said to cut down on it not stop

http://sports.espn.go.com/espn/wire?sec ... id=2389861

The genesis of the rule change adopted as the NFL meetings wrapped up came from the players' union itself. Last month at the NFL combine, a group of players told competition committee chairmen Rich McKay, general manager of the Atlanta Falcons, and Jeff Fisher, coach of the Tennessee Titans, they believed the celebrations were getting too elaborate.

"The players wanted defined limits of celebrations," Dungy said. "They really pushed for that."

if could write this in crayon I would so you could understand it. They dont want to stop celebrations just the stupid shit some do after they score. Like taking out a cell phone or a sharpie to autograph the ball and hand it to the crowd or even taunting the other team.

As for your snub of the Lions, they could take any of your CFL teams so that goes to show you how much that league sucks ass.
BTW I am not a Lions fan but I may as well stick up for them when you do your senseless jabs

the league is totally different from the nfl. 13 men, 3 downs, but not only that the makeup of players are different. ignore the fucking idiot pyro and fuck off with the "cfl is shit" shit.

I predict he sets the single season rushing record while carving up those 4th and 5th rate DE and DBs

keep it up ill give you the cumshot

ninty 05-28-2006 02:06 PM

Maybe if you look at the stats you can see he can carve up NFL DE's too.

Plus there are only 3 downs meaning less running and there are also a couple other good RB in Avery and Stokes.

TonyMontana 05-28-2006 02:36 PM

Yessss, my favourite player is now on the Argos. This is good stuff.

Pyro 05-28-2006 05:35 PM

lol Argos are too crazy at RB now.

There is almost no point to having the season anymore.

saying an NFL team could beat a CFL team is pretty much pointless since the game isnt even the same, nor does the CFL have the millions of dollars that NFL fans dish out every year...

more people = more fans = more money = better players...

and really, who gives a fuck if they dance after they score and whip out cell phones, its a nice break from the boring-as-fuck monotony of football...

ninty 06-01-2006 01:00 PM

I'd like to chime in again.

After hearing various people talk about this for a while now, I have come to a conclusion on the subject. The CFL will most likley introduce new rules that say if a player is suspended in the NFL, he cannot play in the CFL. The only reason ricky is playing in the CFL is beacuse there is nothing about this subject in the rulebook.

So if we look at this in general, suspended players of any league probably should not be able to cross over regardless of their suspension.

I think ricky's suspension is lame, it's not like he killed anyone, but it's still a suspension. I guess the CFL should honour that suspension.

On the other hand, i'm excited to see him play and a lot of others are too. Infact williams #27 jerseys are on backorder, and I have heard of americans buying tickets to argos games to see him play, and even people in flordia are looking to see if they can watch the games on TV.

Which brings me to this point:
http://www.cfl.ca/index.php?module=news ... y&nid=8618

I actually heard a rumour that the CFL gets better ratings in the states than NHL hockey. Not sure if it's true, but even if it's close, thats pretty rediculious.

It was also reported that williams is going to make 500,000 not 240,000, but the comissioner said thats not what he signed, but contracts are so messed up in the cfl that the argos could be paying ricky .5 mill.

can't wait for the season to start. rock:

Oh yeah, and if were going to compare CFL/NFL here's what ricky said:

[quote:473b2]
''As far as talent . . . the talent here is comparable to the NFL, it's just consistency. From what I saw out there, these guys can run, these guys can hit, these guys know what they're doing. Football is football. There are a couple of differences in the game but for the most part it's just terminology.''[/quote:473b2]
http://tsn.ca/cfl/news_story/?ID=167278&hubname=cfl

Regardless, CFL if one of two of my favourite sports, the other being NHL. I doesn't matter to me if others think its inferior, I love the game.

Im not sure if thats even remotely true, because most people i know never even heard of the CFL. Let alone seen one CFL game on TV. I mean thats just crazy, the NHL > Football anyway

My fellow brothering , I have great news! I have discovered a easy and simple way to last longer. It's almost funny really. I think I'll call it the "shaking" method. How does that sound. At one point while I was experimenting I wasnât even thinking about sex anymore. I was just playing around. It doesnât matter what you do! Itâs great!

Hereâs my four step plan.

1. First, have sex like normal.

2. After you bust a nut quickly pull out (who doesnât ahahahah)

3. This is the important part. After youâve finished recovering from your orgasm quickly shake you penis 6 to 12 times.

4. Continue having sex

This works. (well for me it did) And if you even think your about to go limp again, just shake yo ding ding again and keep going!

There you have it ladies and gentlemen. Itâs a simple and easy plan that works wonders!

Shouldnât I be a millionaire now?[/quote:a7c79]
